SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No. 180 of 2008 JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J) This appeal filed by the wife, arises out of a decree of dissolution of marriage granted by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, in H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2006. The appellant-wife, unfortunately, died on 07.09.2013 during the pendency of the appeal. Therefore, nothing survives in the appeal. Hence, it is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
