THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 26609 of 2019 ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up, a copy of G.O.Rt.No.282, Revenue (Vig.CT-II) Department, dated 16.12.2017, for furnishing of which, entire litigation has been initiated by the petitioner, has been furnished to the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In those circumstances, it is not necessary for this Court to deal with any of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this Writ Petition and such contentions are left open to be advanced before the appropriate Court.

This Writ Petition is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
