HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18114 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction, lapses and irregularities committed by respondents 1 to 3 in managing the wakf property known and called as Mhabubnagar Wakf Complex, Mahabubnagar District as illegal against the provisions of the Wakf Act. Learned Standing Counsel for the Wakf Board says that the report has already been submitted by Enquiry Officer to the Telangana State Wakf Board, Hyderabad and the term of the committee is expired in the year 2014 itself, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that Wakf Board has contemplated to take action on the report submitted by Enquiry Officer.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action on the report of Enquiry Officer, dated 16-08-2016, in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
