This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 assailing the award and decree dated 01.05.2018 passed in M.V.O.P.No.846 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - Family Court - cum - VI Additional District Judge, Khammam. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
