HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26552 OF 2019 ORDER (ORAL) :

Sri Mir Masood Ali Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner failed to state certain facts, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition and to that effect he has also made an endorsement on the case file.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and granting liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
