THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14541 of 2013 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in opening the Rowdy Sheet against petitioner on the file of P.S.Marredpally, Secunderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and Consequently quash the same and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for the petitioner that the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner was already closed, however, the rowdy sheet was once again opened against the petitioner. 4.
Learned Government Pleader placed on record the latest written instructions, dated 16.09.2019, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Maredpally Police Station, Secunderabad.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is evident that in all six crimes have been registered against the petitioner from 2011 to 2019. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the opening of rowdy sheet, it is open for him to challenge as per law.

With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
