Heard counsel for petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent and Sri Zakir Ali Danish, Standing Counsel appearing for 5th respondent. 2.

Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal before the TSERC. 3.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, further directing that the order restraining the respondents 2 and 3 from taking coercive action shall continue for a period of three (03) weeks, within which time, the TSERC shall take appropriate decision in the interim application filed by the petitioner before it challenging the impugned order dt.19.01.2017 of the 3rd respondent. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
