Heard and perused the material on record. In continuation of the docket order dated 04.08.2016, though the office note shows, as per the computer list, the suit in O.S.No.77 of 2007 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Sompeta, was disposed of on 11.06.2014, same besides not in dispute what is stated by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner is that there is an application under Order IX Rule 9 C.P.C. filed pending as un-numbered application in G.R.No.1259 of 2014 filed on 30.06.2014.

Having regard to the above, for the said application is not even numbered and it cannot be said whether it could be numbered or rejected before numbering or even on merits to be decided in his favour or not and thus there is no need to give any further life to this revision application by exposing on the docket and printing on cause list for giving hearings but for to close the matter by giving time of fifteen days after disposal of application under Order IX Rule 9 C.P.C. in the event of its allowing, to seek further steps to question the impugned order and for that this order is no way resjudicata or bar.
