As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 19.04.2016, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioners nor is there any representation made on their behalf.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
