The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the 3rd respondent in conducting investigation by registering a crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.11.2019. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, dated 01.12.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.11.2019, the 3rd respondent made a GD entry and after conducting preliminary enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.213 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 427, 447 and 506, on 29.11.2019, against respondents 4 to 6 in the writ petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that after finalizing the investigation, a report will be filed before the competent Court.

In the light of the aforestated submissions made on behalf of the 3rd respondent, since a case has now been registered acting on the complaint of the petitioner and the investigation has been undertaken, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further orders need be passed in the writ petition. 5.
