HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26495 of 2019 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he made an application seeking permission for construction of building on 23.01.2018 and as no action has been taken by the respondents on the said application, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.24056 of 2018 and pursuant to the order dt.13.08.2018 passed in the said writ petition, the respondents have issued a short fall letter dt.24.11.2018 to the petitioner pointing out certain deficiencies. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made an online representation on 15.04.2019 complying with the said objections raised by the respondents. Inspite of the same, as no orders are passed by the respondents on the building permission application of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Heard Sri G.

Allabaksh, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of complying with the objections raised by the respondents, so far the respondents have not granted building permission to the petitioner.

ARR,J W.P.No.26495 of 2019 Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC submits that the petitioner has to make building permission application through online and even the deficiencies also, the petitioner has to comply with the same through online only.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, since it is stated that the deficiencies pointed out by the respondents on 24.11.2018 were complied with by the petitioner vide representation dt.15.04.2019 through online, the competent authority is directed to consider the said representation and take appropriate action for granting Building Permission to the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
