Heard Ms.V.Uma Devi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education, appearing for the respondents.

2. In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is the action of the respondents in not absorbing the petitioner against the aided post, despite the proposal sent by the 5th respondent school. According to the petitioner, she has been working in the 5th respondent school, since 1990. The sum and substance of the case of the petitioner is that though the 5th respondent sent proposals to the respondents in the year 2003, requesting for absorption against unaided post, no action has been taken by the respondents in the said direction.

3. Having regard to the nature of controversy and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the interest of justice would be met, if the petitioner is permitted to make representation afresh to the respondents for redressal of the grievance for consideration by the respondents and for passing appropriate orders, by fixing some timeframe.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition stands disposed of, without going into merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, permitting the petitioner herein to make fresh representation to the respondent authorities for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is made to the respondents, the

same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 29.04.2016 SS
