HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.4021 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the official respondents in not considering the representation dated 10.12.2014 submitted by the petitioners and other card holders, as arbitrary and illegal.

4th respondent is the dealer of fair price shop No.74, Devuni Kadapa, Kadapa Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. The petitioners and several other card holders submitted a representation dated 10.12.2014 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents making certain allegations against the 4th respondent.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though serious allegations have been levelled against the 4th respondent in the said representation, no action so far has been taken against her. Under these circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry into the allegations against the 4th respondent mentioned in the representation after due notice to her and pass appropriate orders thereon. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
