Heard counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that after completion of investigation in Cr.No.301 of 2014, charge-sheet was filed on 09-12-2014 and the ac cused was tried and acquitted in S.C.No.9 of 2015 on 03-09-2017 by the VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad. In view of the above statement of the Assistant Government Pleader, counsel for petitioner, does not press the writ prayer.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
