HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41459 of 2016 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that he made application for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1-17 cents out of 234 cents in Sy.No.361/1 of Mulasagaram Village, Hamlet of Nandyal, Kurnool district on 07-11-2014 under Section 5 (5) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act (for short "the Act") to the 2nd respondent basing on the will deed. In pursuance of the same, the 2nd respondent issued notice to the unofficial respondent on 08-04-2015 for production of documents and directed the parties to appear on 18-04-2015 and enquiry was conducted. Since no orders passed, aggrieved by the same the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not filed application in Form 6-A of the Act for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. It is stated that in pursuance to the application of the petitioner, notice was issued on 08-04-2015 and enquiry was already initiated. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make application in Form 6-A of the Act to the 2nd respondent. On such application, the 2nd respondent shall dispose of the same after issuing notice to the 3rd respondent and affected parties, if any and take action in
accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 18-01-2017 nvl
