This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.1560 of 2016 in O.S.No.18 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Srikakulam. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
