It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court W.P.No.26929 of 2017 dated 31-10-2016 and same is not disputed by Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing counsel for the respondent No. 3.

In view of the same, it is for the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority and the competent authority to take action and dispose of the same. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in terms of judgment of this Court, dated 31-10-2016 passed in WP.No.26929 of 2016 & batch.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
