THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2321 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 31.05.2011 in I.A.No.315 of 2011 in I.A.No.189 of 2010 in O.S.No.380 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that police aid is not necessary to the respondents for the present.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main suit as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.380 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
