THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5361 OF 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution aggrieved by the failure on the part of the Special Assistant Agent to the Government (Revenue Divisional Officer), Jangareddigudem, in registering the suit presented by the petitioners on 19.09.2015.

Functioning as an Agency Court under law, the Special Assistant Agent to the Government (Revenue Divisional Officer), Jangareddigudem, is bound to take steps expeditiously to safeguard the interests of the litigants and cannot keep matters pending indefinitely by not taking on record the lis filed before him. The civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Special Assistant Agent to the Government (Revenue Divisional Officer), Jangareddigudem, to process the suit papers filed by the petitioners and in the event the same are found to be in order, register the suit and take appropriate steps in the matter in accordance with law. In the event the suit is found to be defective on any ground, necessary objection in that regard shall be raised and communicated to the petitioners.
