The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the order of attachment, dated 30-01-2016 in E.P.No.4 of 2016 in M.V.O.P.No.435 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-X Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, informed that the matter is settled out of Court and there is no need of any orders in this petition. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
