HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No.205 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Ms. J. Sridevi, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition makes a statement that respondent No.1 has complied the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 30.4.2015 passed in Writ Appeal No. 407 of 2015. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, Mr. Ananta Nageswara Rao, learned counsel holding for Mr. P. Lakshma Reddy, Advocate on record for the petitioner does not press the contempt case.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed as not pressed. It is needless to mention that the respondent shall comply the directions issued by this Court scrupulously.
