THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11556 of 2016 ORDER:

When the writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings issued by the District Educational Officer, Rangareddy District, dated 18.04.2016, cancelling the provisional permission issued earlier and ordering closing down the school. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the above said proceedings.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings issued by the District Educational Officer, Rangareddy District dated 18.04.2016. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
