This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1061 of 2016 on the file of the Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

However, the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 are given liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
