It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner-respondent No.2 that the parties in this petition i.e., petitioner and respondent No.2 herein are living together. As such, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

2. Permission as sought for is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
