This petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 4, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in C.O.R. No.117 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Station, Hanamkonda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
