This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed by the plaintiffs under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of CPC, challenging the order dated 20.4.2018 passed in I.A.No.541 of 2017 in O.S.No.1167 of 2017 on the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit as early as possible, without being influenced by the impugned order passed in I.A.No.541 of 2017. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 3.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of, directing the learned IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of O.S.No.1167 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
