When the Civil Revision Petition was listed on 05.09.2018 and 06.09.2018, there was no representation for petitioner. On 06.09.2018, the Civil Revision Petition has been directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Mr.P.Harinath Gupta appears and explains the reasons for his absence on both the days. He further informs that his absence is not deliberate and states that earlier he was the standing Counsel for Quli Qutub Shah Urban Development Authority and he has handed over the vakalat about four years back. He ceases to be the Standing Counsel.

I have perused the record. The rec ord does not disclose that the revision petitioner has made any arrangement in place of the then Standing Counsel.

The case since is posted under the caption 'for dismissal' and there is no representation on behalf of petitioner, this Court is compelled to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for default. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
