This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 07.02.2004 passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in a case arising under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950.

The afore-stated case was filed by respondents 3 and 4 herein. However, by virtue of the order dated 07.08.2013 passed by this Court, the writ petition stands dismissed as against respondents 3 and 4 on the ground of default in effecting service of notice to them. The validity of the order under challenge cannot be adjudicated in the absence of respondents 3 and 4 at whose behest it was passed.

The writ petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
