It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court dated 03.03.2016 in WP No.6690 of 2016 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.03.2016 in WP No.6690 of 2016, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.

Let a copy of the order dated 03.03.2016 in WP No.6690 of 2016 be annexed with this order.
