HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26525 OF 2019 ORDER (ORAL) :

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the inaction of respondent No.4 - Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Medchal District, in registering a crime against respondent Nos.5 to 8 pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner dated 31.10.2019, as being illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint.

2. Heard Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and perused the material on record.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home based on the written instructions dated 29.11.2019, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, respondent No.4 has made an entry in the General Diary and registered a case in Crime No.1128 of 2019 on 29.11.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 420, 448 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

5. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
