HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.195 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.117 of 2015 from Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy.

2. Wife filed this petition. According to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was performed on 30.05.2013 and due to harassment and illegal contact of her husband with another lady, she is living at her parents' house and respondent filed O.P.No.117 of 2015 for dissolution of marriage before Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda. She stated that she is living on the mercy of her parents and she is not in a sound financial position. She further stated that it is difficult for her to travel from Hyderabad to Nalgonda for each adjournment and prayed for transfer of O.P.No.117 of 2015 from Nalgonda to Ranga Reddy.

3. This Court permitted petitioner to take personal notice to respondent through registered post with acknowledgment due and in compliance of the said order, advocate for petitioner filed a memo along with postal receipt and postal acknowledgment on 22.04.2016. As seen from the postal acknowledgment, respondent is served with the notice. In spite of service of notice respondent neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit,

O.P.No.117 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, and transferred to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, for disposal in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, this transfer C.M.P. is ordered.

6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
