When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15134 of 2019. Following the order dated 22.07.2019 in W.P.No.15134 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 22.08.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order dated 22.07.2019 in W.P.No.15134 of 2019 to this order.
