HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16517 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in disengaging the services of the petitioners vide orders dated 02.07.2003 as illegal and arbitrary. While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to continue the petitioners in service subject to availability of work, vide orders dated 07.08.2003 in WPMP No.20500 of 2003.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
