ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash award, dated 13.04.2010, in I.D.No.36 of 2009, on the file of the Labour Court III, Hyderabad.

The Registry has placed before the Court, award, dated 13.06.2015, of the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad, according to which, both parties have agreed to settle the dispute. As per the said agreement, the respondent agreed to give fresh appointment to the petitioner as Driver subject to his physical fitness. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Lok Adalat award.
