This writ petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.89 of 2015 of Krishnapatnam Police Station.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home represented that the writ petition is not maintainable as the case is committed to the Sessions Division and registered as Sessions Case No.23 of 2016 before the Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Nellore. Recording the above submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate application challenging the proceedings pending before the Sessions Division. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
