Petitioners question the award dated 14.08.2015 passed by the Deputy Registrar of Chits, Prakasam District.
2. Under the A.P. Chit Funds Act, petitioners have remedy of appeal against the said order. Hence, there is no reason to entertain the writ petition. Petitioners are at liberty to avail the said remedy, if necessary, by filing an application seeking condonation of delay. The writ petition is disposed of.
