The petitioners challenge the action of the respondents in not paying enhanced subsistence allowance to them in terms of Regulation 56 (1) (a) (i) of APSEB Service Regulations. If the petitioners have any grievance, they can submit a representation to the respondents within one week from today, and upon receiving such representation, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon, within four weeks thereafter, in accordance with the regulations.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
