THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.855 of 2016 ORDER:

It is not in dispute that the direction issued on 08-03-2016 in W.P.No.22987 of 2014 by this Court to dispose of petitioners' representation dt.14-05-2014 was complied with by the respondent on 13-07-2016.

In this view of the matter, I do not find any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court warranting taking of any steps for punishing the respondent.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. However, this will not preclude the petitioners from challenging the order passed by the respondent pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in a separate Writ Petition. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
