HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.23244 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate steps for completion of investigation and filing charge-sheet in FIR.No.100 of 2018, dated 02-03-2018 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the investigation is under progress in Cr.No.100 of 2018 and some more witnesses have to be examined and the documents have to be collected from the concerned. It is stated that they require (15) days time to complete the investigation and for filing appropriate report before the concerned Court.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
