The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- " It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not effecting mutation of the petitioner's name in the revenue records in respect of Sy.No.149-2A an extent of Ac.5-00 cents situated at Chennampalli Village, Bukkarayasamudram Mandal, Ananthapuram District is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent to implement orders passed in Rc.No.15/2016(B), dated 30-07-2016, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Now written instructions are produced by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue dated 23-08-2016, wherein it is stated that orders were issued for mutating the name of the petitioner.
Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
