JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 45107 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Mohammed Habeebuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order 24.01.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.55626 of 2016 in this Writ Petition, the petitioner was given promotion by implementing the order dated 08.08.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.2571 of 2014.

In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition does not survive for consideration on merits and is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
