HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.25501 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 13th June 2018, passed in O.A.No.1121 of 2018, whereby, the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed. Counsel for petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to Ex.P-13 at page 34, whereby, the petitioner was directed to appear for Medical Examination before the Chairman of Medical Board on 22nd April 2017 at 4.00 p.m. in the Chambers of District Collector, West Godavari District at Eluru.

Consequently, the petitioner appeared for Medical Examination on the said date, however, till date, as stated by the counsel for petitioner, decision on Medical Invalidation of the petitioner has not been taken by the respondents. In view of above, we hereby dispose of the present writ petition, directing the respondents to take decision on the Medical Invalidation of the petitioner pursuant to the Medical Examination conducted on 22nd April 2017, if decision is not already taken. The aforesaid exercise shall be concluded within two weeks from the receipt of this order.
