This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.08.11.2016 in I.A. No.780 of 2016 in O.S. No.124 of 2010 on the file of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Mr. Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition.
