O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that vide proceedings of the Deputy Director of Fisheries, in Rc.No.277/C/2014 dated 5.5.2016, he was allowed to take up minor repairs to the fresh water aquaculture tank in the subject land, and that when he tried to undertake the repair works, some of the villagers created hurdle, therefore, he made representation to the police authorities to provide protection, and as no action has been taken, the present writ petition came to be filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Kalidindi Police Station, Krishna District, stating that petitioner has neither submitted a written report, nor made any oral request for police protection and that if the petitioner seeks for the same, they would provided as per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed any proof in support of the claim of the petitioner that he made any representation seeking for police protection.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is open for the petitioner to make representation in pursuance of proceedings dated 5.5.2016, seeking for police protection and on such representation being filed, 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with.
