THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1511 of 2010 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri D.V.N. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly states that though the matter has been referred to this Division Bench by a learned Judge of this Court by order dated 22.07.2010 on a legal issue, the case does not survive for adjudication on facts as it relates to an election dating back to the year 2006.

In that view of the matter, as this Court would not normally adjudicate an issue in a vacuum, the civil revision petition is dismissed leaving the legal issue referred for consideration open for adjudication, if necessary, in an appropriate case.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
