ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.28 of 2016 of Kamalapur Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC, against him.

2. It is alleged in the complaint filed by the Tahasildar, Kamalapur, that one person, by name, Narige Kiran, approached his office for online entry of his lands to an extent of Ac.1.01 gts in Sy.No.76/C and Ac.1.30 gts in Sy.No.203, and on verification, they noticed that the pattadar passbook and title deed submitted by the said person are forged documents. When he conducted enquiry, the said person confessed that since the original title deed was in the Bank under 'Thanaka', he obtained bogus documents from the accused by paying Rs.20,000/-. Based on the complaint, the aforesaid crime was registered against the accused.

3. As per the complaint, the matter arising out of civil dispute. Truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the complaint can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioner/A3 and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. The petitioner/A3 is directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
