Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition in the light of the proceedings dt.20-09-2016 issued by 3rd respondent withdrawing the earlier proceedings dt.12-09-2016 issued by him.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
