These two Contempt Cases are filed alleging willful disobedience of two separate but identical Orders, dated 09.11.2015, in W.P.Nos.18270 and 31827 of 2015, by the respondent. After arguing the case, Mr.V.V.N.Narayana Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Cases with liberty to his clients to first cause a legal notice issued to the respondent and approach this Court in the event the respondent seeks to go ahead with the demolitions contrary to the undertaking given on his behalf by the learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities, which was recorded in the aforesaid orders.
