CVNR,J & DVSS,J JUDGMENT:(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises arise out of order and decree, dated 10.12.2009 in L.A.O.P.No.489 of 2007 on the file of learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal, Kurnool District (for short 'the reference Court').

At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned Government Pleader for Appeals (A.P.) appearing for the appellant and Mr.K.Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent/claimant, that the issues raised in this appeal are adjudicated by this Court in a batch of appeals i.e., L.A.A.S.No.1 of 2010 and batch, vide common judgment, dated 21.11.2013, whereunder this Court reduced compensation awarded by the reference Court in respect of category-I and II lands to Rs.1,70,000/- per acre, while confirming the market value fixed by it in respect of the mango trees.

Accordingly, following the aforesaid judgment, order and decree, dated 10.12.2009 in L.A.O.P.No.489 of 2007 of the reference Court in respect of category-I and II lands, which are involved in this appeal, are modified by reducing the compensation to Rs.1,70,000/-, while confirming the market value fixed for the mango trees.

The appeal is partly allowed to the extent indicated above.
