THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN WRIT APPEAL No.982 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner.

2.

As is discernible from the impugned order of the learned single Judge, the matter arises under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, which was not disputed before the learned single Judge; nor is it before us; that the said statute provides for alternative remedy by way of a revision under Section 9 of that Act. Learned single Judge has relegated the writ petitioner to enjoy the benefits of that statutory provision and invoke such revisional remedy.

3.

We do not find that there is an error of jurisdiction or illegality in the order of the learned single Judge. This intra-court appeal fails. The Letters Patent Appeal is, accordingly, not sustainable and not eligible to be entertained.

The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________________________ THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN, CJ _______________________________________ V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J 23.07.2018 vs/pln
